The Meeting
The new board at Peekskill Museum met for the first time on January 23rd.
We now have four officers, and three Trustees. The Board as it is now has seven people, and we should have eleven. As this number is less than required for full operations, our first item of discussion was how to fill the position of
Corresponding Secretary, and how to attract and approve a few new Trustees.
Board members volunteered for these committees that will report at the next meeting on February 27th. It was also agreed to encourage paid Members to be members of these committees.
Also discussed was to have a video shoot on the Frank Baum WIZARD OF OZ connections with Peekskill. The video about OZ will be put on a local cable show that John Testa has. He agreed to do it, but no date has been set.
